
Abstracts of presentations (oral or poster) should be sent to the
(Gilda Kischinovsky),
preferably as e-mail attachments in MS-Word or compatible format before April 1, 2004.
Each submission should
contain the following details (see templates below):
- Preferred conference topic (Sensory science, aroma and flavor; Authenticity
and quantification/Functionality, structure and ingredients; Solid state NMR
methods; New NMR methods and instrumentation)
- Preferred type of presentation (Oral/Poster)
- Name(s) of author(s); indicate by underlining the presenting author and
with an
asterisk (*) for the corresponding author
- The affiliation(s) of the author(s)
- The address of the corresponding author including e-mail address as well
as
phone and fax numbers
- Title in capital letters
- An abstract of maximum 250 words

The conference proceedings will be published in the form
of a hardcover book by the Royal Society of Chemistry (UK) and
distributed to all participants. Keynote speakers and selected oral
presentations will be invited and encouraged to contribute to the
proceedings book.
